How long does it take to process orders？
Typically, we dispatch orders within 72 hours, except for pre-order products. If you've ordered pre-order items, please refer to the specific estimated shipping date provided. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking confirmation email.
Orders placed before 2:30 pm PST Monday through Friday usually ship out the same day.
If you place your order after 2:30 pm PST Monday through Friday, it will typically be shipped the following business day.
For orders placed over the weekend, we usually process and ship them on the following Monday.
Please note that certain days or holidays may result in increased order volumes and possible delays. If you're in a hurry, we recommend checking with us before placing your order.

Delivery Restriction
Delivery to remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam is not accepted.
Do not use the PO BOX address.
Delivery Time
U.S. standard shipping time is usually 5-45 days, depending on the order address.
